Mrs. Lee has over 35 years of experience developing and executing integrated sales, strategic, and marketing plans for clients. She has served a total of 7 years with the Volunteer Center of Racine County, Inc., both as Executive Board President and board member. In addition to her activities with Racine County TRIAD and the Elderly Services Network, Mrs. Lee participates as a key member on the RSVP Advisory Council.

Ms. Stachowicz is employed by Johnson Financial Group, Inc. ("JFG") and Johnson Bank, Racine, Wisconsin, as an Assistant Vice President, Shareholder Relations and Corporate Governance. Her previous positions include Compliance Officer for both Johnson Bank and the former Valley Bank of Appleton, Wisconsin. Ms. Stachowicz's has served for five years as Treasurer and board member for Racine County TRIAD – a non-profit agency made up of law enforcement members, senior service agencies and seniors; this group actively promotes senior safety in the home and in the community.
Ms. DeGroot has actively been serving seniors for the past 12 years in her full time position with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - All Saints as the Lifeline Coordinator. She is seated on the board of St. Monica's Senior Citizen Home. Ms. Degroot is a life long and Life Time Girl Scout serving in various leadership capacities – most recently as Cookie Captain for schools located in two large areas of Racine.
Mr. Joseph retired in June, 2002, after 30+ year career in market research and corporate development. His last employment position was as Vice President of Market Research and Corporate Development for Ecolab, Inc. Prior to a business career, he taught Physics at Illinois Institute of Technology and did freelance software development. Mr. Joseph's extensive non-profit involvement includes service on numerous boards and commissions especially those which deal with senior concerns and issues. He regularly publishes newspaper articles about senior protection and safety.
Amy O’Brien is currently the Aging Director for Racine County. As Aging Director, Amy is responsible for advocating and planning for adequate services for the seniors of Racine County. Amy also provides direct supervision to the staff at the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Racine County. She is an active member of the Elder Support Network. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Alverno College.
Sarah Street is Racine County's Transportation Coordinator. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with B.S. degree in Education. She taught six years in Milwaukee area schools. Through her past experiences she has developed communication and interpersonal skills needed to reach diverse populations. She has the enthusiasm to develop creative ways to address the complex transportation barriers that exist. Sarah's job responsibilities include collaboration with community partners, grant development, program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Sarah is from Racine and has recently made Racine County her home again.
